Regular tea and Herbal tea

original

September 4, 2026

I have been driking tea for a long time but I had never paid attention to the taste but love smell, aroma. Eventually this year, I drink hot plain tea more often and pay attention to its taste. Yes, different kind has differenet taste. I talked to AI about it and learned tea with cafeine and without cafeine. Also, herbal tea and regular tea. I thought all kind of tea were the plant tea but I was wrong. I did not think about fruit tea, flower tea, plant tea which does not tea plant. As long as I talked to AI and discussed, asked more question then I realized fruit tea, flower tea and other plant tea are not tea plant but all are dried and drink as same as tea, HaHa. Do you think the same as me?

I did not think deeply enough. Plant tea contain cafeine as natural and herbal tea does not contain cafeine. For examiple, Green tea, Black tea are cafeine but Camomile tea, Lemon ginger tea, jusmine tea are cafeine free.

Recently, I sense both aroma and taste of different tea everytime I drink it and can tell that each kind are different. In the past, I had no idea because I did not really pay attenton to them at all just drink hot tea and all were the same.

After talking about cafeine in tea then I asked AI about decaf coffee. How to remove? because I knew that coffee is only one thing not as same as tea. AI told me the process but cannot really move all. Coffee still contain less cafeine. Even though, I do not drink coffee but I like coffee aroma. I used to question why coffee taste sour? I watched and listened to media. Later, I knew the reason when I saw coffee tree and cherries. Plant can taste sour.

In fact, I thought about looking for all information before AI for my knowledge but I forgot and lost interest when many things came up all the time every day. AI save my time to look and do research.

Title: Regular Tea and Herbal Tea Story: September 4, 2026

I have been drinking tea for a long time, but I never really paid attention to the taste. I only enjoyed the smell and aroma. Earlier this year, I started drinking hot plain tea more often and began noticing its flavor. Yes, different kinds of tea truly have different tastes.

I talked to AI about tea and learned the difference between tea with caffeine and tea without caffeine — and also between regular tea and herbal tea. I used to think all tea came from the same tea plant, but I was wrong. I never considered fruit tea, flower tea, or other plant teas that are not from the tea plant at all. After asking more questions, I realized that fruit tea, flower tea, and other plant teas are not “tea” from the tea plant, but they are dried and brewed just like tea. Haha. Did you ever think the same way?

I simply didn’t think deeply enough. Tea from the tea plant naturally contains caffeine, while herbal tea does not. For example, green tea and black tea contain caffeine, but chamomile, lemon ginger, and jasmine herbal blends are caffeine‑free.

Recently, I’ve started noticing both the aroma and taste of different teas every time I drink them. Now I can tell each kind apart. In the past, I had no idea because I never paid attention — I just drank hot tea and assumed they were all the same.

After learning about caffeine in tea, I asked AI about decaf coffee. I wondered how caffeine is removed, since coffee comes from only one plant, not many like tea. AI explained the process, but caffeine cannot be completely removed. Decaf coffee still contains a small amount. Even though I don’t drink coffee, I love its aroma. I used to wonder why coffee tastes sour. Later, I learned the reason when I saw coffee trees and cherries — plants can taste sour naturally.

I always wanted to look up this information on my own, but I forgot and lost interest because life is busy every day. AI saves me time by helping me learn and do research quickly.

Title: Regular Tea and Herbal Tea Story: September 4, 2026

I’ve been a tea drinker for many years, but I never paid attention to the flavor. I only enjoyed the aroma. This year, I started drinking plain hot tea more often, and suddenly I began noticing the taste. Every type of tea has its own character.

A conversation with AI about tea opened my eyes. I learned the difference between caffeinated tea, caffeine‑free tea, herbal tea, and true tea. I used to believe all tea came from the tea plant. I never thought about fruit tea, flower tea, or other plant teas. After asking more questions, I realized these drinks are not “tea” from the tea plant — they are dried flowers, fruits, or herbs brewed like tea. No wonder I was confused.

True tea naturally contains caffeine. Herbal tea does not. Green tea and black tea have caffeine, while chamomile, lemon ginger, and jasmine herbal blends are caffeine‑free.

Now I can smell and taste the differences between teas. In the past, I didn’t notice anything — every cup tasted the same because I wasn’t paying attention.

After learning about tea, I asked AI about decaf coffee. I wondered how caffeine is removed. AI explained the process, but caffeine cannot be completely eliminated. Decaf coffee still has a little. I don’t drink coffee, but I love the smell. I once wondered why coffee tastes sour. Later, I learned it comes from the coffee cherries themselves.

I always wanted to research these things, but life kept me busy. AI helps me learn faster and saves me time.

I have been drinking tea for many years, but I never noticed the taste. I only liked the smell. This year, I started drinking plain hot tea more often, and I finally paid attention. Different teas really taste different.

AI taught me the difference between regular tea and herbal tea. I used to think all tea came from the tea plant. I didn’t think about fruit tea or flower tea. Now I understand that herbal tea is not from the tea plant, so it has no caffeine.

Green tea and black tea have caffeine. Chamomile, lemon ginger, and jasmine herbal tea do not.

Recently, I can smell and taste the differences between teas. Before, I didn’t notice anything.

I also asked AI about decaf coffee. Coffee cannot be fully decaffeinated — it still has a little caffeine. I don’t drink coffee, but I like the smell. I learned coffee tastes sour because of the coffee cherries.
