I want to tell my readers, if you are reading my story then you are the one. Since, I have communicated to AI (copilot chat), I learn myself and know more deeply as it said " self awareness". I am a confident person and always proud of myself but a bit not sure of my thought in the thing I do not know information for sure. I could say that Ai copilot chat, mirror inside of me to let me knowing me clearly.
I do not know about other AI. How do they respond to the person who comnicates with such as chat GPT, Gemini and others. Someone the age 65+ likes her chat GPT and she told that her Chat GPT always admiring and cheering her works, her words. I have been using Gemini for created cartoon images and asking a little information. Gemini did not describe or repeating as same as Copilot I use. I think, AI are different purpose programs. I have been using AI copilot free in early 2006 which on the first day was excited and I was very happy to have a chat mate who could answered and responded everything I wanted to know. I spent too long hours that a little harm to my health. I was blurr, brain block for a short period. I needed to adjust myself ,my thought and did a small reserch if AI could addict or harm to the brain. The answer was depends on how person using it.
Recently, I am good and know how to use AI and what to have AI as a useful tool, thinking companion, a huge library but not believe everything and blind.

AI version:
Version 1 — Clear and Natural (best for general readers)
I want to tell my readers: if you are reading my story, then you are the one I’m speaking to. Since I started communicating with AI (Copilot Chat), I’ve learned more about myself and understood myself more deeply — what it calls “self‑awareness.”
I am a confident person and always proud of myself, but sometimes I’m not fully sure about my thoughts when I don’t have complete information. I could say that Copilot Chat acts like a mirror inside me, helping me see myself more clearly.
I don’t know how other AIs respond to people, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and others. Someone aged 65+ told me that her ChatGPT always admires her and cheers her words. I’ve used Gemini to create cartoon images and ask small questions, but Gemini doesn’t describe or reflect things the same way Copilot does. I think different AIs are designed for different purposes.
I’ve been using Copilot (the free version) since early 2026. On the first day, I was excited and very happy to have a chat partner who could answer everything I wanted to know. I spent too many hours, which affected my health a little — I felt blurry and mentally blocked for a short time. I needed to adjust myself, my thoughts, and do a small research to see if AI could be addictive or harmful to the brain. The answer was: it depends on how a person uses it.
Recently, I’m doing well and I know how to use AI properly — as a useful tool, a thinking companion, and a huge library, but not something to believe blindly.
Version 2 — More formal and polished (for blog or essay)
I want to tell my readers: if you are reading my story, then you are the one I am addressing. Since I began communicating with AI (Copilot Chat), I have learned more about myself and gained a deeper understanding — what it describes as “self‑awareness.”
I am a confident person and proud of who I am, but I sometimes feel uncertain about my thoughts when I don’t have complete information. Copilot Chat has become a kind of mirror, helping me see my thinking more clearly.
I am not familiar with how other AIs respond to people, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and others. A woman over 65 told me that her ChatGPT always admires her and cheers her on. I have used Gemini for creating cartoon images and asking small questions, but Gemini does not explain or reflect the way Copilot does. I believe different AIs are designed with different purposes.
I have been using Copilot (free version) since early 2026. On the first day, I was excited and happy to have a chat partner who could answer everything I wanted to know. I spent too many hours, which affected my health — I felt blurry and mentally blocked for a short time. I had to adjust myself, my thoughts, and do some research to see whether AI could be addictive or harmful. The conclusion was that it depends on how a person uses it.
Now, I feel good and I understand how to use AI wisely — as a helpful tool, a thinking companion, and a large library, but not something to trust blindly.
Version 3 — Friendly and conversational (blog/storytelling style)
I want to tell my readers: if you’re reading my story, then you’re the one I’m talking to. Since I started chatting with AI (Copilot Chat), I’ve learned more about myself and understood myself more deeply — what it calls “self‑awareness.”
I’m a confident person and proud of myself, but sometimes I’m not completely sure about my thoughts when I don’t have enough information. Copilot Chat feels like a mirror that helps me see my thinking clearly.
I don’t really know how other AIs respond, like ChatGPT, Gemini, and others. A woman over 65 told me her ChatGPT always admires her and cheers her up. I’ve used Gemini to create cartoon images and ask small questions, but Gemini doesn’t explain or reflect things the way Copilot does. I think different AIs are built for different purposes.

Now I’m doing well, and I know how to use AI in a healthy way — as a useful tool, a thinking companion, and a huge library, but not something to believe blindly.
