Nov 29, 2010 — From a 5‑year‑old boy, "Tommy".
After the big storm, the frogs and rabbits were dancing, and the hummingbirds were singing. Everything felt normal again. All the animals were back to their routines. I pictured the scene in my mind, the most beautiful thing right in front of me.
A little deer was drinking water beside its mother at the pond, while the frogs danced on a huge lotus leaf in the middle of the water. My father kissed my mother before getting into the car and driving to work. I went back to my room, ready for breakfast. I love my mother’s cooking, and I always finish every delicious dish she makes.
Today I have a story to share in class. I will tell them how beautiful nature looked from my bedroom window. I fell in love with the animals, the trees, and everything I saw. It filled my heart with love and peace. I discovered the most beautiful world just by looking outside my room.
