Hiking day

On a warm and nice day, a happy family agreed to go hiking at the park nearby home, "Grayson Highland State Park". It was the husband idea. 

Sugar was a lucky Asian woman who married to a very good American man and moved from the busy city of Thailand to live in the USA countryside. They enjoyed exploring in nature and educated their children, a daughter and two sons to love and admire everything surrounding. Everyone prepared their own belongings for a long hike and never forgot the walking sticks. They helped supporting the knees when walked on the long trails and maybe the steep hills. Five of them carried backpacks individually. The mother arranged water and lunches for each and put on the table which they grabbed and put in the backpacks before heading to the car. It took about two hours drive to get to the park entrance. The father was knowing the location very well. There was no park ranger around but not a problem. The visitors paid the daily fee $7 a day per car by their own.The envelopes provided for inserted the money and dropped in the box at the self service registration spot. Then, he tore the tag of the envelope and hung inside the car at the dashboard. Sugar was amazed by the system as people were sincerely. After that, they were heading to the parking lot where was 10 minutes away from the entrance. There were many cars that cause them drove around for a little while until they got a spot to park. Sugar realized from the amount of the cars that many people came to hike on the same day as them.

They walked slowly and appreciated everything they saw. Also, they walked carefully when steps on the hills and curves. Father walked in the front, children followed him and mother at the end of the row. There were narrow trails on the mountains. Many times, they stopped and stood at the side to let other people passed. The walking sticks were useful for everyone. Father always pointed at wild flowers and berries and explained to children then they learned about variety wild plants and fruits. Eventually, they were on the top of the big mountain and decided to have lunch. It was gorgeous scenery in front of them. Thus, they could see the valley from the distance.

None of them complained or tired but joyful and excited along the trails, especially when the children saw wild ponies. They were adorable. They spent 4 hours on the trails where did not need to walk back but it was a fork, direction back to the parking area. They were sweaty and stink but enjoyed the trip very much. 

It was a priceless family time.

Spring was the season for outdoor activities which my husband loved and enjoyed to go out and did a bow shooting. It stared in the countryside where we lived. The local archery clubs were opening and welcoming the members. My husband was one of them who enthusiasm in shooting the bow very much. When he was a young man and travelling around the USA to compete his potential with other competitors. Of course, he always won the games that made him to be the archery legend. He skipped his beloved sport about 25 years and spent time with his work until the age of 71. He retired and returned to his favorite game again.

He applied for a senior tournament nearby more often and I went along with him every single trip. It was fun and glad to see him happy, even though, he did not win most.

For me, these were the chances to explore and learn new things, to know more people and made new friends. Also, admired the scenic , amazed the camping and studied the forest at each place we passed and stopped.

The local club charged $20 fee for each event. It was not bad when compared to the happiness that my husband got in return. There were 20-25 rubber animal targets at each club. There was a circle on each animal which displayed differences score of the shooting area on it. The targets were standing at the end of the shooting points.  The top score was 12 then 10, 8 and 5 subsequently. The total scare was the criteria for the competitor potential.

The bow shooting is my new experience in the USA. Eventually, I am not a shooter but a wife who follows her husband through all tournaments. I am glad to have more new friends along each game. Moreover, I have been learning how to play the game and admiring the nature most locations. Someone doubted, why don't I shoot the bow along with them. It is not my thing and I am fine to be around with them in the woods especially with my beloved husband.

Enchanted village

Coco is a magic puppy because he has a special ability to speak and fly which other dogs cannot do. He lives in a wonderful village where people build the houses on the trees. Surprisingly, most people can fly as well. Moreover, the words they speak transform to golden flowers which make them wealthy. All living creatures in this village can speak and their words change to thing they need for living pleasantly. There are golden birds flying over the top of the emerald castle on the hill as all time, days and nights. They guard the family by seeing wide area from the sky. If they spot something unusual, then they turn to giants and protecting, fighting or do whatever as guardian to safe the castle and their masters. There is a massive workers in the land. They do agriculture and grow many kinds of crops such as rice, fruits , corns, varies vegetables and flowers. Of course, real flowers which never change to anything. On harvest season, the produces prepare and ready for exchanging to nearby villages to get whatever they cannot make or grow in the village. Obviously, the golden flowers from their words use for buying things outside. People from the village deliver their goods to those places because no one from outside can enter the village.The enchantment makes everyone who tries to come lost in the woods and never reach. Coco is a member of the family who lives in the emerald castle. He goes out everyday to help senior people and plays with children during the day and comes home before dark. Everything in the village is delightful.

The delightful moment of wild animals

In the big woods far away from the town, there is a huge group of wild animals live happily together with love and peace. They are cerebrating their new born babies of all kinds and the supreme time for the great lion to remove his tuft. All kind of the animals attend the major event. Also, the stage to perform for talent animals both new and experiences. For instance, a peacock makes a tail-feathers spread dancing, a hog plays a clarinet, a dog plays a trumpet, a bear beats the drum along, a rhino plays slide, a beauty bunny sings English song, a turtle plays a saxophone, and a monkey plays the guitar. The music is magnificent, surrounded in the woods. Everybody enjoys and cheerful. Furthermore, a sweet female gibbon leads to a sexy dancing on the floor and invites all friends to join her. Once, the great lion gets on the stage and gives gratitude speech, everyone is quiet and listen to him. It is late night, the party time is over but the souls are always awake and wild in all animals.

Margaret 52 years old woman who worked in the big town, Denver Colorado for her whole life decided to pursue her dream after read a magazine column. It was about a healthy organic bakery. Subsequently, she resigned from work and went back to the small hometown. Her parents were pleased to help and also their tiny farm was a very valuable source. There were various native flowers and vegetables which became Margaret 's invention cakes ingredients. The first Margaret organic healthy-delicious cake was ready to serve everyone in town. She set up her shop well and ready for the grand opening day. The official welcoming invitation sign put out at the front door addressed the significant cake picture. Many people in the community, family members and friends were grateful with her celebration. Also, it was a wide spread well-known organic cake in Margaret Bakery in a very short period of time. Her parents were cheerful and proud of her. The dream was not a dream anymore.

Riccardo studied at Bangkok University. He was an exchange student from Italy. He always set up the trip on weekends to see places and gather friends along the way. He loved scenic seeing and enjoyed exploring out of the city. He found an interesting one-day-train trip information from TOT website. According to that, it made him very excited to get on the train as it was going to be his new experience. Hence, he invited his friends, Bob, Malee and Malai, then agreed to meet at the train ticket booth. They picked Cha-Am beach route because all of them loved to see the shore and enjoyed the wave. They had their responsibility to do things needed for the trip such as buying tickets, taking beach items, bringing food, etc. They would meet at the meeting point by 8 a.m on Sunday and got there by noon. They had breakfast on the train at their seats and looked out through the windows. They were having fun on the train, seeing rice fields and agricultural along while the train moved. The local villagers grew pineapples and other kinds of fruits and vegetables.  Besides, they were amazed when saw the train track behind the train bit by bit. That was a cool thing for teenagers first time train traveling. Also, they were playing a board game on the train before getting to the destination. They placed the mat on the sand under the coconut tree and spent time by the beach. There were a group of children playing near by. It was a wonderful day but a happy time end too soon. They packed everything and went to the bus station to catch the mini van at 7 p.m. It took about 2.30 hrs to Bangkok. They could not come back by train because the last one was too early at 2 p.m. However, they had a fantastic experience. Riccardo and his friends would loved to do the train trip more.
